Eco Factor: Swimming City by Andras Gyorfi comes with a green roof.
Children often fantasize living in homes that are either above the clouds or on water. Living on land like all other human beings on the planet is no fun for futuristic designer Andras Gyorfi, as he envisions future humans to not just think but start living in floating homes with a green touch.
The artist has designed not just one or two homes, but complete cities that will be floating on open waters. The Swimming City, as the project is being referred to, features soft earth tones and rooftop gardens. The city is a floating wonderland, which is accessed by landscaped walking paths and each of the building’s feature windows that differ in shape and size to achieve a unique character.
